To laugh often and much...okay, I do that.
To win the respect of intelligent people .....yet to achieve....kisise bhi chalega merko to respect.
and the affection of children.....hmm, I'll need to work a lot on this point....I am bad with kids :-(
To earn the appreciation of honest critics.....mmm, I can say I have earned it till some extent
and endure the betrayal of false friends.....never had bitter experience
To appreciate beauty, to find the best in others......I dont really hesistate to appreciate something/someone.
To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition....abhi Time hai to leave the world,by then inme se kuch to ek kar lungi.
To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.......This is beautiful.After reading this line especially,I do want someone to breathe easier coz of me.

Canary: Well it does make sense to me. How many of us can really win the affection of children or the respect of 'really' intelligent people. How many of us don't worry and really laugh 'often and much'?? I think if you think about it a little more, it will make sense to you. Because, if we go by my roomies definition that a person is successful in life only if he wins the Nobel Prize, I dont think more than 500 successful ppl have ever walked on the face of this earth..do u agree with that???
