hey a belated happy makar sankranthi to u too, punit!

this is one of the festivals i look forward to every yr...luv it for the get-togethers we have on the colony's breezy terrace coupled with dhinchak music and competing wid neighbouring societies in kite flying, yelling 'kai pocche' at da top of our voice, the teasings, and most of all the joy of savouring til laddoos!

and know wat, this yr i learnt to make til laddooos on my own!
might sound boastful, but given the amt of time i spend in the kitchen, its a real feat;)

do u ppl fly kites out there too?

Hi,
thanks for dropping at my blog
Happy new year to you too.
Maybe I find contentment in melancholic ecstacy.
But I am not a depressed soul! :)

darkness: isn't melancholic ecstacy a very 'odd' thing to find 'contentment' in??
